Sugarhall, Cecil Street: Craft Cocktails take centerstage here in this hard to find spot. Smack right in the centre of Raffles Place, there is ma inconspicuous door at the back alley which leads you to the second floor where Sugarhall is. I was here at the stroke of 5.30 PM so I nearly kicked the door down, thinking it was a door glitch. The tucked-away secret spot is like a mod-British pub turned into speakeasy. We were here for happy hour where craft cocktails were $15-16 a pop. They were beautiful cocktails and you’ll taste the elevated difference. The tastes are clean and very measured - Japanese exacting standards. Marcus the lovely bartender gave us a round of Amsterdam Jenever (hip hip hoorah! It was where I lived). We will be back. This secret spot has been off my radar for a while. #eatstylishtravelstylish

Nice ambient atmosphere, great for couples, dates and after work gatherings.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Lots of cocktails to choose from, some of them inspired by local drinks such as Milo etc.
For me I felt the cocktail portions were quite small for the price.
Food was nice, different varieties from different cuisines.
Overall a good place to visit at least once 👍🏼
Went there for drinks, this place is a hidden jam, cosy, quiet, nicely decorated. Great cocktail selections but can't say much for the menu. Not wheel chair accessible, no parking
Prioritise coming here. A really great vibe, the people are super friendly, I had an awesome chat with the bar crew about other venue suggestions, cocktail culture in other countries. 5 out of the 6 cocktails were stand-out in taste and creativity including a a simple brief from me for a Smokey cherry negroni that they nailed. The Short & Stout was best drink of the night. Thanks for a fun time. Food menu slapped too.
Drinks and atmosphere was great. However, the choices for happy hour drinks were limited. Skip the food. It was extremely underwhelming, it looks like they ordered take away from Lao pa sat and re-replated it.

Hole in the wall bar! Super friendly service staff. Cocktails were great! Highly recommend old fashion - we had two rounds of it. Berry sour cocktail was abit sweet. Bandung cocktail tasted like rose wine.

Amazing little back alley door that leads you into a completely different world above! Service here was impeccable, they were all smiling behind their masks, friendly and attentive refilling my water as soon as it’s not full.
Drinks here were incredible: the different flavours came together very well, decent amount of alcohol, maybe just a touch on the sweet side (at least those I ordered).
Food was good for a bar, and portion sizes were surprisingly bigger than I expected. I especially liked the italian meatballs pasta and cauliflower poppers.
The night we went they were out of 2/4 desserts. Desserts were ok, maybe save the money for another drink instead.
